2. Security plan for new Light Rail Station
3. Traffic plan for new Light Rail Station - are plans underway to reduce traffic into area?
4. Road repair to address large "bump" developing on Ballentine Avenue (Southbound lane between Corprew and Middle Towne Crescent)
5. Late night construction operations from nearby company
6. Availablity of parks and/or recreation centers within walking distance of the neighborhood.
